Downtown Durango is only a few blocks away from this unfurnished and light-filled studio apartment. It is located in the back of the house in the alley. Bathroom includes a shower with skylight, and the kitchen includes a fridge and oven. Drink your coffee in the morning on the small patio out back, right next to your off-street parking. All tile flooring. One pet is ok with a $200 pet deposit. Students are ok with references. Gas and electric are included. $40/person for w/s/t. No smokers. No dishwasher. No on-site laundry.
