The two-bedroom apartment is part of a tri-plex. It has an open-concept living space with full kitchen (no dishwasher) and lots of light. Access to a shared backyard area is off the living room. Two bedrooms are split by a bathroom. Utilities are included. No dogs allowed, but cats will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with a pet deposit of $200 per pet. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready. Showings starting in September INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing in June or thereafter. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check.
