LEASE TERMS:
Length: 9 month lease, followed by month-to-month
Move-In Date: The least must start within 2 weeks of being approved. A holding deposit (i.e. your security deposit) is due within 24 hours of approval. First month's rent will be due at move-in.
Security Deposit: One month's rent, but may be up to two month's rent depending on credit.
Total Move-In Costs: Security Deposit + First month's rent + Application Fees
Utilities: Tenant responsible for electricity and gas
Parking: 1 parking spot
Laundry: Shared laundry room on the premises
REQUIREMENTS:
3x the rent amount in household income before taxes. Income must be documented and verifiable.
Good or Excellent credit. Above 650 credit score.
Positive rental history. No evictions, no exceptions.
