Property and apartment were nice and looked to be newer construction. However tenants are allowed to smoke inside and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming so we did not want to procede because of that.

Property was lovely...building itself was dark and unappealing, unit was tiny and worn-out looking. Amenities were good.
