Pearls Place Apartments offers a two-bedroom, one bath apartment for rent! The apartment comes with stove, dish washer, fridge & In-unit washer and dryer for laundry. This units has forced air and forced heat. The landlord takes care of snow removal, lawn care, trash, and water. Pets are allowed, dogs have a 25 pound weight limit. All animal will have a non refundable Administration fee of 500 dollars. All pets will cost an additional 10 dollars per animal per month. There can be no more than two animal per apartment. Tenants are responsible for gas and electric.
