Kelli was extremely helpful in all the questions we had (pretty much answered all questions before we could even ask!) She was sure to memorize all of our names (mine, my boyfriend's, and our cat and dog's) and ask about them when we came in for the tour. You can tell she takes pride in her work, has a lot of experience with property management, and is very excited to see what she can do to improve the complex. She is amazing at communication and I have already contacted her multiple times on her personal phone via call and text - usually getting an immediate reply. Have had some bad experiences with landlords/property managers in the past, but so far with Kelli I am very impressed. Hope to keep a positive relationship with her as long as we live at SGoB.

Love all the amenities included. Access-only buildings and courtyard, off-street parking, small complex with an actual person doing office work instead of being outsourced to a big corporation that never gets back to you. However, I think it was the off-leash dog run area was the deciding factor on me applying (and eventually getting accepted). Read reviews of the old landlord before Kelli took over saying that they weren't doing great, but since she took over everything is looking up! Well-kept property as far as I could see, I'm excited to see it during the summer. Apartment is within my price range while in a nice area (very hard to find) and an easy drive to work off of Colorado Blvd (as well as easy access to my favorite restaurants on CO Blvd). Apartment has a good amount of space and storage AND allows cats and dogs (of which I have both). Kitchen is updated with dishwasher and built-in microwave (very excited about this). AC and heat is included. Overall, I'm very much looking forward to moving in!
