Each apartment home is unique and special and we take pride in preserving the beautiful original woodwork throughout. The community is walking distance from the 16th Street Mall, Natural Grocers, coffee shops, and many great restaurants and bars. We would love to have you join our lovely community! Utilities: residents will be billed back for water, waste water, valet trash, gas (heat), package delivery, and WIFI. Grosvenor Arms -Vintage Building in Uptown -Garage parking-ask about availability Security Deposits and Application Fees: The application fee is a non-refundable $30 regardless of acceptance. We ask for a $500 security deposit with approved credit. If you are approved with conditions we may offer a higher security deposit. Pet Policy We are a pet free community - service animals are always welcome

    Historic charm, but smelled like roach spray, a natural gas leak, and old cigarette smoke.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to respond and provide some feedback. I would guess the pilot light on the stove may have gone out - this happens sometimes after a deep clean. We are really lucky to not have any pest issues so I'm not sure what else you may have smelled. Hopefully not a ghost since we were built in 1935. lol.... again thank you for the feedback and we will use this information to improve our community!
