Property
OK condition, not good enough to be worth what they were asking. Its apparent that the building is old and has had a hard time keeping up with repairs. Common areas smelled like stale smoke.
Management
Also OK, seemed somewhat knowledgeable but overscheduled and sent me a statement for the wrong apartment after the meeting.
