     Property

    Was terrible the place was trashed, there was an ashtray in the bathroom, cigarette buts through out the place, blood stain on the floor, roaches in the fridge, roach spray in the cupboards, dog poo still in the yard, and the place was just falling apart.

     Management

    He really didn’t say much about the property just let us in, and then stood outside while we looked around, He was also late.
