     Property

    This condo is in attractive, clean and in good condition. Very good storage. The kitchen is updated with new solid-surface stone countertops, a nice pull-down faucet and a new good-quality sink. There is a separate laundry room, along with a large pantry. The clothes washer and dryer are new and high-end. The layout is good. The balcony is large and the view is wonderful. The balcony is shaded by a large tree.

     Management

    She was very responsive & pleasant, and easy to schedule a tour with. I felt comfortable that she would be easy to deal with if I were a tenant, and she would respond quickly to any issues that might come up.
