Villa Calabria is a senior housing community (for people 62+) that offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Housing Choice Voucher holders are welcome to apply. Unit amenities include central heat/air and a washer/dryer. Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. Units are accessible to people with disabilities.Please read the checklist and criteria for eligibility and fill out the application thoroughly. Be aware that Villa Calabria does not choose residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants must go through a standard application process.
