Unit amenities include: wall unit heat/air, a dishwasher and refrigerator. Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. On-site amenities include: a laundry room, courtyard, and a central location in Old Davis.Please read the checklist and criteria for eligibility and fill out the application thoroughly. Be aware that Sojourner Truth Garden does not choose residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants must go through a standard application process.
