We love your furry family! We accept dogs and cats with weight and breed restrictions. Pets cannot exceed 75 pounds at full maturity. A maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Reference the animal addendum for details on the policies, fees, deposits, breed restrictions and assistive/companion animal policies.
Additional details
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $500 one-time pet fee (non-refundable) for the first pet, and $250 for the second. Pet rent is $30-60 per month based on pet screening results. There is a weight limit of 75 pounds per pet (full maturity), and aggressive breeds are prohibited. Please visit "Pet Policies" within our website for a full description. All pets must be screened and approved through Pet Screening.com and renewed annually.
