Manager for the day filling in from another property, however was doing good at helping tenants and finding keys.

old property, all units don't have w/d hook up, tile cracked, unable to find damper in fireplace. Trash laying around dumpster, parking lot in great disrepair. lobby door does not open adequately for handicap person using a walker or wheel chair.
