We pay all utilities except electricity and your own media (internet, cable, tv, phone, etc.) Wall gas heater, laundry in building. 1 reserved parking space for 1 bedrooms and 2 secured and gated for 2 bedrooms. The street is reserved for residential permit parking only, and in addition to your parking space in the building, with your lease and utility bill you are entitled to obtain mirror hang-tags from L.A. City Parking office to park additional cars for you and your guests. Rated a "Walker's Paradise" near stores, gyms, coffeeshops, theaters, restaurants, bike trails, parks, hiking, and all transportation hubs -- metro, bus, 10 & 405 freeways. We have completed earthquake retrofit construction and are proud of our responsive on-site manager and maintenance staff. Repairs are easily requested and promptly done. One-year lease subject to L.A. City rent control with security deposit one month's rent with good credit.
