Otherwise, only caged/aquarium/terrarium animals/birds/fish allowed. No rabbits or ferrets, no exotic pets (spiders, snakes etc.)
Additional details
All pet owners must have a signed pet clause included with the lease packet. A statement from veterinarian of the maximum weight for dogs. Regular security deposit is $250.00. Security deposit with pets is 1/2 month's rent.
