Homes are very nice. Clean. Appliances are stainless steel. Counter tops are also very nice. They are quartz. Front yard is on the smaller end, but typical for homes of their sq. Footage (1350-1600). Lawn was kept up but a little spotty. Backyard is quite big. Can fit a shed and bar-b-que quite easily. Lawn is also spotty in the back but kept up. One thing of note is the storage spaces. There is little to no storage space available. Think linen/broom closet. It is a small item but quite an annoying one. Floors are hardwood. Bathrooms are very small. Master bath is smaller than guest bath which is certainly interesting. Overall, nice starter home for a small family.
