The excellent Seneca Valley School System serves Laurelwood residents. We are located on over twenty acres of beautifully landscaped property in the heart of Cranberry Township, PA. PETS: Cat Friendly only. There is a nonrefundable, one-time pet fee of $300. Additional rent of $30 per month is required for each cat up to a maximum of two cats.
