Our apartments feature stainless stoves and range hoods, quartz countertops, ceiling fans, heating, spacious closets and plenty of storage. Each apartment comes with 1 assigned carport parking. We have 3 laundry rooms on-site with convenient mobile pay available, we have a resident manager onsite if anything should arise! Our complex in NON - Smoking (inside or outside the complex) Application Requirements: -you must have good credit -verifiable income (income must be 2.5 times the amount of rent) -excellent landlord recommendations -adherence to occupancy limits (2 for a studio, 3 for a 1 bedroom and 5 for a 2 bedroom) -small/medium dogs and cats allowed with pet deposit (max 2 pets) -Deposit starts at $1,500 -Deposit and first months rent due upon approval
