It is very cute and in a great top of the line thirteen home community of all single story properties. The complete one bedroom home is a bit smaller, but has so many pluses that it almost always rents instantly. Very private and unique. Extremely house like feeling.

The home is private and charming. Yes, it does have a nice enclosed yard and also a fireplace. The ceilings have attractive beams and plenty of storage. The bedroom is very good size and has abundant storage, It is a great place to call home.

Management
Michael Cherney. Great communication in the beginning. On both our parts I’d say. I was a serious renter, followed his requests and he made me laugh at one of his text’s. I had a personal emergency and he was very short, ended our business regarding this rental as did I. My ending was forced, his ending was without cause. He shut me down which was very unexpected and unprofessional. I said okay, I am sorry and to take care. Michael felt it necessary to send a personal email that was completely uncalled for and unfair. A very uncomfortable, judging email. We communicated via Zillow, personal emails and personal cell phone text’s. Very unprofessional and falls under the fair housing act. I was, in layman terms, "floored".
