Property
the living area and kitchen are nice and open, one of the three bedrooms is small, cramped, and doesn't have a closet. the other two rooms were decent sizes and the bathrooms were both in good shape.
Management
The lady I met with was incredibly helpful, kind, and answered all of our questions!

Zip code 97333 spans South Corvallis to the foothills near Bald Hill, where the Willamette and Marys rivers meet. Expect classic Willamette Valley weather—mild, rainy winters and dry, sunny summers—and a laid-back, bike-forward vibe influenced by nearby Oregon State University. Daily life clusters around SouthTown’s SE 3rd Street corridor with First Alternative Co-op (South Store), food carts, Block 15’s taproom, and Tried & True Coffee South; Avery Park, Willamette Park, the Midge Cramer Path to Bald Hill, and Crystal Lake Sports Fields (with an off-leash area) anchor outdoor time. The Benton County Fairgrounds brings festivals, and the Corvallis Club offers fitness and golf; OR-99W and OR-34 streamline regional trips. Zillow’s recent trends show a median asking rent around $1,800, with most listings over the past few months between about $1,300 and $2,400 per month. The area feels friendly and pet-welcoming, popular with grad students, university staff, makers, and families who value nature, local beer, and easy biking.
