Unit pictures are representative. Each unit is different. Office hours are M-F, 9am-4pm, MT. TOUR the unit first. AFTER you tour the unit, if you want to rent the unit, each occupant 18 years and older must fill out a separate application and be approved first. The application fee is $0. If approved, you would sign the lease online, then pay the security deposit plus first month rent to secure the unit. The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the Landlord a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and if the prospective tenant provides the Landlord with the PTSR, the Landlord is prohibited from; charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee or a fee for the Landlord to access or use the PTSR.
