LISTED RATES ARE PER PERSON PER MONTH. Lease runs from August 15, 2025-July 27, 2026. Leases are individual leases, which means each roommate is only liable for themselves. All applicants must have a cosigner unless they are applying as a self-guarantor. Only two pets per apartment are allowed.
