Management
The communication was good, except we didn’t get to pick out time for the tour. I said anytime after 3:30, and the manager gave us 2:30-3:30. My husband doesn’t get off work til around 2:30/2:45 so he had to take time off for this tour that lasted less than 30 mins. They also told us that they will be contacting us constantly until we tell them to stop. We ended up getting an email less than 30 mins after our tour about applying and saying “it’s been a while since your tour [have you decided on applying?]”. My husband and I had made our decision inside the apartment when we walked in. Actually, when we were told we had to walk up stairs to the top floor, I had made my decision about not applying for the apartment. We were not informed until we got to the building where it was, what floor, and whether or not we had to climb stairs. It was very unprofessional to assume we could climb stairs and be able to live on the top floor. The manager asked us what we liked and disliked about the apartment and we finished the tour. They then told us about the application and such, and said “have a good day and will contact you in a few days about applying”. They did not walk back to the clubhouse with us, which was the way back to our car. The manager seemed unprepared for the tour. And we found out that the rent was way over our budget for 12 month lease. The listing said it was less (which was in our budget). Take the listing pics with a grain of salt, the ones creating the listing know how to make an area look better than it actually is.

Property
The photos on the listing were over hyped. I was expecting apartment buildings with elevator and an inside front door. Instead the front door was outside with no extra security. There is also no elevators, only stairs that are outside. It isn’t accommodating to people with disabilities who cannot climb stairs.
