Allowed pets include a bird cage or a fish tank up to 20 gallons, or a same-sized cage for hamsters, guinea pigs, or gerbils. Exotic pets, poisonous animals, snakes, and most rodents are banned. Limits may apply; check with leasing. Approved assistance animals are exempt from breed and weight restrictions.
