All pets must be approved by the property management company in advance. In addition to any lease agreement, a completed a Pet Addendum and submission of the animal deposit are required before the animal is allowed in the unit. Pet privileges are at the sole discretion of the management company as determined by the owner of the property. A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per unit.
