     Property

    This property is a historical building. The intercom's in the apartments we saw were original. I was told you could use your phone to contact and buzz in any visitor. The apartments looked roomy and clean. The hallways need wall repair. Personally, I need an apartment for seniors. If I was a young person these vintage apartments would be fine. Parking was sparse. Mostly you park on the street.

     Management

    The property manager was very welcoming. It is a plus that she lives on the property. She was very good about showing us the two apartments that she had available.
