Property
I was able to tour the apartment with Mary Palumbo. She said it was available and I needed to pay an application fee of $35 for which I wrote her a check. She ran my info and said I was good to go. I asked about the deposit as I don't want to move in till Oct 1. She said I'd need to give half of the deposit to hold the apartment. I told her that was fine. That was on 9/9/18, today is 9/11/18 and I haven't heard back from her. That's just rude.
Management
I thought she was quite personable, I'm not sure why she has not gotten back to me.
