     Property

    Great conditions, nice neighborhood, secure, buzzer system at entrance. I toured a 2 bedroom with a shared living-dining room space. The landlords are ultra friendly and very responsive from our limited interaction. Seems like they maintain good relationships with their tenants and care about their building! Take care to plough snow around the building in winter. Closets had double rods for extra hanging storage which was nice. Radiator Heating and 2 window AC units were provided. Fridge, microwave, fixtures, etc were in great condition. I did get the impression that the unit we toured was smaller than the listed square footage, but it may be a discrepancy in how it is measured, as it seemed smaller than where we are currently but should have been about 300-400 sq feet larger so that was a surprise. There are about 16 units total in the building. Open storage in the basement with 2 washers and 2 dryers, shared among building. I was looking for something more spacious for the price so didn't work for us, but could work for someone else.

    Lovely! Very nice people, answered all our questions, gave us good assurances about maintenance of the building.
