Unfortunately this company posts their properties everywhere as available but they are never actually available. This place, like every other one they’ve posted, is occupied. But their listings never reflect that. I don’t understand why they do this.
Hi, I'm so sorry for the confusion. As we shared on the previous review, we have a permanent ad with Zillow for this property and when vacancies come available they are usually rented quickly. We do our best to keep the ad current but unfortunately Zillow does not allow us to deactivate our last property. That is why we have our on-site office address listed as available property. They have a post on zillow for availability but when you. All them. They have no homes available for rent. Then why is there an ad up if you have no available homes for rent.
