Pet rent is typically $35/month, subject to animal and situation. Renters insurance is required. Washer and dryer may be rented if available. Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes to Manhattan, Junction City or Fort Riley. We have everything you need for day to day living located right here in town. Our new Aquatic Park just opened up a several summers ago! We also built a very nice new park downtown, our free zoo is getting completely renovated and almost done, public library, private country club and public golf course as well as many more activities and attractions.
