    The Waldo Apartments, named after Ralph Waldo Emerson, first opened in 1893. Although we've updated the inside, many special historic features remain. The wrought-iron and brass elevator is the oldest operating elevator in the city of Cincinnati. The magnificent woodwork, stonework and marble remain. We have a beautiful 2 Bedroom which has been totally updated with upscale amenities. Hardwood floors, original woodwork, fireplaces, 10 foot ceilings, and tall windows with city views. The units have central heat and air, a dishwasher, disposal and microwave. Located at the corner of Piatt Park, just one block from City Hall and a long block from the wonderful Main Library.
