Management
Social Director Dawn worked with me for tour/info. Very nice and knowledgeable to the industry/property. Very Pleasant. The property is in a very nice area and setting of condo's & houses. They have upgraded apartments. Personally, I would have preferred better carpeting and the counter tops were not my taste. It's an older property with access doors outside to inside apartments. A business center for residents would be nice as well as more equipment in fitness center if I had my wishes. As all apartments these days I believe monthly prices are too high for a 1 bdrm. No flexibility to view actual apartments being rented. No rental specials or discounts including military veterans or even waiving application or other fees. It's a leaser's market and all properties take advantage of it. Overall "Good" rating
