     Property

    The space I viewed was great. Had recently been renovated and was spacious in a way that would've been ideal for my needs. However, the rent does not include what most Chicago apartments do - water, garbage/recycling pickup, and heat if radiators. Also didn't include electic or gas, but that's common for Chicago. Because the cost of the additional utilities not included, it's unpredictable and highly variable, I was concerned about the inability to budget for it, so ultimately decided to move elsewhere.
