    Feel at home in this ground floor unit in a vintage building in Ravenswood. Please note that there are four steps down into the unit, so it's not ideal for guests with limited mobility, and you may hear footsteps above. This 1-bedroom apartment is designed to feel like someone with great taste lives here. This apartment features a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a shower with good water pressure. You'll find soft sheets, good pillows, a nice mattress, thick towels, and Public Goods bath products. Coffee and a few small extras are provided to make mornings easier. Guests staying under 14 days get access to The Metropolitan Club, a members-only co-working and dining space on the 66th and 67th floors of the Willis Tower. The apartment is in Ravenswood, a peaceful, tree-lined neighborhood. You're tucked into a quiet pocket of the city just a few blocks east of Damen Avenue. Walk 10 or so minutes and you're on the Brown Line train, a scenic trip that takes you straight into the heart of the city. There is also a METRA commuter station around the corner that goes into downtown. Once here, you'll find pockets of busier spots with great places to eat and a lovely grocery all within a nice walk. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit, and your reservation will be automatically and immediately canceled if there is any smoking reported. There will also be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay. There is a $45 fee if you lock yourself out or lose your key.
