The photos looked great but the fixtures are a bit run down. Crack in the bathroom floor. 2nd bedroom oddly placed between kitchen and living room. Fireplace for looks but could work if repaired. Shared balcony.

Good condition, but not for me. 2nd bedroom was way too small and the “loft” set up threw the entire apartment off. If it was a full 2nd bedroom then this place would have been great for me.
