Downstairs unit and no carpeting which is what we wanted. Big fenced in back yard which is a plus. Negatives are tenant has to keep the backyard mowed which means buying a lawnmower and there is no A/C, so window units will also have to be purchased, but otherwise a good property. We're going to put in an application for it.
