    Ash Tree Apartments are conveniently located near the University and Charlottesville bus stops directly on Madison Avenue. This remodeled community provides one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and cottages, which are great for grads and undergrads alike. All apartment homes are made complete with stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, and full-sized washers and dryers. All bedrooms also offer generous closet space and square footage. Each apartment offers a private balcony or patio, which can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the living area. Each apartment also offers its very own storage closet. Don't hesitate to bring your cats and dogs to this pet-friendly community! Utilities: Water/Sewer, trash removal, and gas included in a reasonable utility fee. Ash Tree has gas heat, hot water, and stoves. Resident responsible for electric Parking Policy: The Ash Tree community provides ample parking within the community! Residents must purchase an Ash Tree parking sticker for a one-time fee. Each apartment has one assigned reserved space. The parking sticker also includes access to several unmarked spaces within the community that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests may park in resident's assigned parking space for the apartment without a guest pass as long as the guest has the resident's permission. Street parking is also available on Madison Avenue. *All apartments are leased by the full apartment and are not leased by the bedroom.
