Deerfield Village in Carthage includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for families, as well as a community room for meetings and classes. The grounds include a large childrenapos;s play area, and each apartment includes a private patio. Two- and three-bedroom apartments feature dishwashers and washer-dryer hook-ups; there is also a laundry room on-site. Section 8 rent subsidies are available for income-qualified families. The grounds consist of 10 buildings, the one bedroom units are single story apartments and the two and three bedrooms are townhouses.
