Tia is amazingly knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful. I'm sure she wishes there were enough apartments at Kings Court to accommodate everyone that's in the market for an apartment. Luckily for Kings Court, the demand is greater than the supply. Unlikely for me, the demand is greater than the supply. I'm hoping to be patient enough to end up at Kings Court but, I will have to see. Bill
