Lofts Buffalo is located in the energetic and charming Allentown neighborhood of Buffalo, New York. It is steps away from UB School of Medicine and Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. It consists of 38 units in four historic, renovated buildings. 519 Virginia Street has six 2BR/2BA units and two 2BR/1BA units. 20 St. Louis Place has fifteen 1BR/1BA units. 18 St. Louis Place has six 1BR/1BA units and one 2BR/1BA unit. 14 St. Louis Place has eight 1BR/1BA units. All units have in unit laundry and dedicated hot water tanks and heating. Units in 519 Virginia have central AC. All other apartments can easily accommodate a window AC unit. TOURS Tours are available by appointment only on weekdays during regular business hours with some exceptions. There are no model units. Therefore, all tours are scheduled. If you would like to be added to the wait list for future occupancy, please send email specifying type of unit desired, budget and ideal timeframe for move in. GENERAL INFO Location: Lofts Buffalo is comprised of four buildings at St. Louis Place & Virginia Street in downtown Buffalo. Rent payments include management & maintenance, garbage, water & sewer. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Minimum qualification requirements: Credit score of 640 plus 3x gross income to rent ratio. Guarantors accepted for students. Cost: 1BR/ range is $1100 - $1700. 2BR range is $1650 - $2100. Parking: There are several first come, first serve off street spots. Street parking is available on St. Louis, Virginia, Pearl & Main Streets. Some is metered and some free. Available off street lot next door via third party contract at $100/month. We are cat friendly! One pet max. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300.
