1970 Commonwealth Avenue is an amazing building with on site supers who provide outstanding service. There are large 1 bedrooms and studios that either face Commonwealth Ave or the Reservoir. Kitchens and baths are older style sorry no dishwashers. All have beautiful hardwood floors, great closets and an abundance of light. Rent includes heat, hot water and cooking gas. The building has a well managed laundry room. Cats and dogs under 30 pounds permitted. Street parking along the Reservoir is doable with a resident sticker.
