    Park Place Apartments is a peaceful place to relax after a long day at work. The festive pergola area includes an outdoor grill and picnic table by our park-like setting for your enjoyment. Located on a quiet street, the community is near HEB, Walmart, Historic Downtown Brenham and all major points of interest. Make your new home at Park Place! Spacious apartments have upgraded kitchen cabinets and countertops; bathroom vanities; light fixtures; ceiling fans; appliances (when necessary); sinks; faucets; two-inch blinds; and smart locks that operate with an access code or fingerprint for entry. Pet Policy: $300 non-refundable pet fee + $25 Pet Rent per animal per month. Park Place does not accept guarantors. Smoking is only permitted outside at Park Place.
