    THREE BEDROOM ($3900/month + electric; $3000/security deposit) 1350 ft . This fully furnished multi-story townhome has its own entrance, a full kitchen, breakfast bar, living room with a gas fireplace, dining room, 3 bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third has two twin beds. Maximum occupancy is 6. The townhome will be ready on August 8. The Wedgewood Lodge leases run through 4/30/24 with a hard stop on that end date as we will be closing the property for the bulk of our renovation work. We do not allow smoking or pets. There's one parking space per unit. The rent includes internet, water, sewer, trash, and recycling. Electricity is not included; the monthly bill will be billed to each unit. We do not offer television service at Wedgewood Lodge. Coin-op laundry onsite (the Three Bedroom has a washer/dryer). The property is across the street from the Snowflake Lift, the Free Ride bus stop and is just one block up from the Upper Village Pool facility, which our tenants have access to. The kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, humidifier, iron/ironing board, coffee maker, toaster, etc. If you will need linens and towels, please let me know so we can discuss details of that arrangement. *Each adult who would be occupying the unit must complete an application and provide cash, check, or money order in the amount of $35/person (non-refundable application fee) before any application will be considered.
