They should communicate with me here on email. My father and I show up, lady in leasing office was surprised to see us, said there is no Brian Capano on list for request tour. Because they don’t have tour. We can’t see inside apartment. No model apartment. This lady talk directly to my father instead talk to me. I m deaf, I get feeling that she ignored me. She only showed us 2 apartments on computer that are available for $1,070. It didn’t include laundry. I checked Zillow website, it didn’t say laundry hook up. She just give my father information about price. That aren’t including is: laundry, electricity, water, and cable/ WiFi. I have to pay $30 for garbage. Nothing come with this apartment. She let us leave. Very quickly in 10 minutes lectures. I feel like it’s too quick. No tour, no explaining why I have to pay separate on those electricity, water, cable / WiFi that aren’t come with apartment. We did walk around the apartment, meet couple people.. got their comments about their apartments, bad reviews due to landlord / manager very slow to respond to repair issues as such as bugs, black mold, broken Air Conditioning machine (for 2 - 3 months), and pieces fell from ceiling inside their apartments.
