Bradford Apartments

Spacious one-bedroom/one bath apartments and two-bedroom/one and a half bath townhouses. Available to low-income families that meet income eligibility guidelines. Rent will be based on income. Apartment includes a range and refrigerator, mini blinds, ceiling fans, central heat and air, and a small outdoor patio. Water, sewer, and trash are included in rent, tenant pays the electric. Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at renter's expense. Bradford also has an onsite laundry facility and playground. Application fee of $8 per adult household member will need to be delivered to our agency representative at the property site before applications will be processed.
