The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, and the living area is designed for comfort and convenience. The unit also features a two garage, providing secure parking or additional storage space. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are included in the unit, making laundry day a breeze. Stay cool during the summer months with the added benefit of air conditioning. Experience the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern living in our 2 Bed 2 Bath duplex unit. All of our tenants need to have $100,000 of renters insurance policy. Tenants will need to pay $11.00 per month for renters insurance if they do not provide proof of their own insurance at the start of the lease. Tenants are strongly suggested to have their own renters insurance. No pet(s), smoking, and/or vaping are allowed. These are not negotiable. Owner pays for Water/Sewer. Tenant responsible for all other utilities including: Electricity, Natural Gas, Garbage, and Internet. Vigilante Management runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we conduct a rental reference from past landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Vigilante Management can ask for a co-signer. Also if you do not have rental history, you will automatically need a co-signer for each tenant. There is a $65.00 non-refundable application fee. 233.1028. This unit is currently occupied so please respect the privacy of the current tenant by not approaching the unit.
