Property was clean. And as per my understanding owners pay water, trash, gas and sewer. Tenant responsible for electricity and internet.

There were two women there. They were polite and courteous. They answered my questions. Asked me to fill an application online. Which I did. [There was no address on the listing. I got it later thru the email.]
