Each apartment comes with its own extra storage closet. Apartment 3E is an upper unit on the east side of the building. This unit is a split-level with the kitchen/living room/half bath/smaller bedroom on the main level. Two larger bedrooms and the full bath are on the upper level, and the fourth bedroom is between just off the stairs. The apartment is rented unfurnished. Any belongings/furniture in photos/video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances will stay in the kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher). There's a wall A/C unit and wood burning fireplace in the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants moving out. Each apartment on the property has an extra storage closet in the enclosed hallway in front of the building.
