     Management

    The manager was very friendly and stated they had 1 apartment available now and one by possibly the end of the month. Invited me to come take a look in a week or so. The price is right, all was exactly what I am looking for except timing. Will keep the number and call in a month to see if there are any availabilities.

     Property

    The interior of the home was very nice. It had obviously been recently remodeled. The property of the complex itself though was lacking for us. The parking situation is less than ideal, and there was really no greenery or “yard” type area for the kids. Great spot for the price, but not for us.

     Management

    He was very pleasant and chatty.
